We stayed in late August, 3 grandchildren and their parents in one villa, and us grandparents in another villa across the courtyard. Weather very good. The restaurant was great for the welcome barbecue, and we dined a couple of other nights so we could lounge around by the bar while the children played in the extensive grounds and play area. Food very good. The villas were spacious and very well fitted out, nice areas for home barbecues too. Brantome and area is lovely with lots of activities, especially the canoes. Great to have underground parking, keeps the villa area clear of cars. 2012
A big thank you to all the welcoming staff at the beautiful Domaine de la Roserie for one of the best family holidays we have ever had! The lovely mix of old world charm and modern luxury made our stay very enjoyable. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and Brantome itself is one of the most picturesque villages we have seen. ...Our children had a ball and very importantly Mum and Dad got to relax and unwind and enjoy all your fantastic facilities. We'll definitely be back! Genevieve Taylor. Summer 2010
You can lie in the sun by your villa, or choose to move closer to the bar and pool..just perfect!
Fantastic area to explore with beautiful medieval towns and villages all around.
Don't miss the canoeing on the river it's great fun!
Look forward to returning again soon. Debbie Peet. Summer 2010
Lovely community feel to the courtyard accommodation and open dining on the terrace and garden. The hospitality was homely and friendly. The restaurant was relaxed, great tasting and good value. We really appreciated the limited menu of local food done well and proper food for kids
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, contemporary and roomy. There were ample local attractions suitable for children to keep you entertained when you want to venture outside of the hotels' relaxed swimming pool and restaurant. Jayne Dummer
